We encountered a problem last week. Meirabel won't stay in her bath seat and she is too little to be in the slippery tub on her own.
Sooo, momma takes a bath with her now. I turn on some music, add extra bubbles and sandwich her between my legs.
She could play for hours. It has been amazing for distraction free time with her. I've seared my memory with the way her hair curls when it's wet, memorized every crease in her skin and that precious freckle on her shoulder. I am already treasuring these memories and I can only image what they will mean when I am old and gray. ♥
Aw I miss the days of only having one babe and this was possible!
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh because in the top two pics I didnt realize you were in the bath with her and those are your legs. My first thought was "oh, she has titi's legs!" lol.
aw so cute!! We use this blow up rubber ducky tub for Hannah I got at Target and she loves it! I just don't feel comfortable let her sit in the bath tub without anything yet:)
ReplyDeleteWe did the blow up rubber duck when she was a baby. She was crawling out of it by 7 months. :( She pulls the rubber stars we have for the bottom of the tub off as well. I'm trying to come up with other ideas. Haha!
